Is fasting and expiation required from one whose fetus, over five months old, died due to inhaling cleaning materials that led to her suffocation?

If the mother causes the miscarriage of her fetus using substances she knows to be harmful, she is liable for the fetus's blood money (five camels) and an expiation of fasting for two consecutive months. If she did not know of their harm, then nothing is incumbent upon her. The liability falls upon the manufacturer of the cleaning materials if there was deception and it caused harm. Similarly, the owner of an object from which a fatal odor emanates for a pregnant woman or her pregnancy is liable if he knew of it.
