Is it permissible for the children of the divorced wife to marry the daughters of the husband from his other wife?

There is no impediment to the marriage of a divorced man's son to the daughter his brother had with another woman. There is no kinship between them that would necessitate prohibition of marriage. This is the view of the majority of jurists, and there is no legal reason for prohibition.
