What should be done regarding a 13-year-old sick boy who cannot walk, as he urinates in the bathroom by himself and puts on his clothes without purifying himself from the urine due to his ignorance, and his family does not purify him from it either?

A boy is not obligated by religious duties until he reaches puberty, based on the Prophet's saying: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the afflicted until he recovers, and from the boy until he grows up." Therefore, a disabled child bears no sin due to not having reached puberty and his incapacitation. The directive is addressed to his guardian, who must command him to pray when he reaches ten years of age. This includes fulfilling its conditions, such as purification from impurities. Consequently, the guardian must ensure the cleanliness of the boy's body, clothes, and place of prayer.
