What is the ruling on marriage with the intention of divorce after the completion of studies in a foreign country?

Adultery is one of the most heinous sins, but sincere repentance erases the sin. So, if the two who committed adultery repent, there is no impediment to their marriage. As for marriage conditioned on divorce, it is invalid. However, marriage with the intention of divorce, without it being stipulated, is valid according to the majority of scholars. Nevertheless, it is more cautious not to have the intention of divorce when marrying. One must also beware of residing in lands of disbelievers due to the dangers therein.
