Obedience to parents is obligatory in what is good and permissible, and it does not include anything that harms one's religion. Marriage is not always an impediment to study; rather, it can be a cause for excellence. If you are unable to marry and fear temptation, then you must emigrate to a Muslim country where you can complete your studies and be secure in your faith.
