It is the wife's right that her husband provide her with an independent dwelling fully equipped with facilities. It is also her right to have a separate entrance for her dwelling, and the husband is not permitted to deny her this. She should inform her husband of this gently and kindly, enduring any harm from his family, because honoring them is part of honoring him and having a good relationship with him. Repelling evil with good dispels animosity and hatred.
