A wet dream does not invalidate the fast, because it is involuntary, and a person should not prevent themselves from ejaculating during it. As for the discharge with a bad odor and vaginal inflammation that the questioner is experiencing, it appears not to be maniy (seminal fluid), so ghusl (ritual bath) is not required, nor is repeating prayers. However, if she performs ghusl and repeats the prayers she performed, as a precaution, it would be better for her and would ward off waswas (obsessive whispering). The fast is valid even if maniy was discharged from her.
