Is it obligatory for a girl who had a wet dream during the daytime in Ramadan while on her menstrual period, and was not certain about the emission of semen, to perform ghusl from janabah in order to read the Quran?

If a menstruating woman experiences seminal emission (janaabah), or has a wet dream, or begins menstruating while in a state of janaabah, it is legislated for her to perform ghusl (ritual bath) for janaabah so that her purification is valid, and she benefits from this by being permitted to recite the Qur’an without touching the Mushaf (copy of the Qur’an). As for someone who has a wet dream but does not find any wetness (seminal discharge), ghusl is not obligatory upon him, but performing ghusl as a precaution is preferable.
