Do the brothers and sisters inherit from the deceased father who has only a wife and two full sisters?

If he passed away, leaving a wife, two full sisters, and a paternal brother and sisters, and no other heirs, then the wife receives one-fourth, the two full sisters receive two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the paternal brother and sisters by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females.

The paternal brothers and sisters inherit from their deceased brother under four conditions: 1. The absence of the father. 2. The absence of a male lineal descendant who is an heir to the deceased (a son or a son’s son). 3. The absence of a full brother of the deceased. 4. The absence of a full sister who inherits by ta’sib with a daughter or a son’s daughter.

If any of these (the father, a son, a son’s son, a full brother, or a full sister inheriting by ta’sib with a daughter) are present, then the paternal brother and sister inherit nothing and are completely excluded (hujub hirman).
