What is the interpretation of the disturbing dreams that come to me after reciting Surat Al-Baqarah and the morning adhkar, and seeing a white jilbab, and what is the relation of this to the delay in marriage despite my commitment and good morals?

We do not have anything that definitively establishes a relationship between the two matters. However, we advise you to consistently recite Surat Al-Baqarah, protect yourself with divine fortifications, maintain the remembrance (dhikr) before sleep, recite Ayat Al-Kursy, Surat Al-Ikhlas, and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (Al-Falaq and An-Nas), and always ask Allah for well-being. The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to seek refuge from jinn and the evil eye until Al-Mu'awwidhatayn were revealed, whereupon he adopted them. Satan flees from a house in which Surat Al-Baqarah is recited. Reciting "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad" (Surat Al-Ikhlas) and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (Al-Falaq and An-Nas) three times in the evening and three times in the morning will suffice you from everything. Increase your supplications to Allah to grant you a righteous husband. There is no harm in offering yourself for marriage to someone whose religiosity is approved. It is permissible for you to perform ruqyah (self-exorcism) on yourself, or to go to someone who has demonstrated success in treatment and lawful ruqyah, from among those who adhere steadfastly to the Sunnah and have sound belief, to perform ruqyah on you.
