Is it permissible for a woman to enter her neighbor's house after she swore not to, then forgot her oath, and then her husband rescinded this oath?

If a husband swears by divorce or by Allah that his wife will not enter the neighbor's house, and then she enters it forgetfully, scholars have differed regarding the breaking of the oath (ḥinth). The preponderant view is that the oath is not broken (no ḥinth). Consequently, the wife remains under her husband's marital bond, and the oath remains valid. If the oath was by Allah, it cannot be retracted, and it will be broken (ḥinth occurs) if she enters intentionally. As for an oath of divorce, the majority of scholars state that it cannot be retracted, while Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah holds that it can be retracted if the husband intended the divorce to occur only upon entering the house. If it is said that the oath is broken (ḥinth occurs) due to forgetfulness, then the oath is dissolved, and the breaking of the oath will not be repeated by entering again.
