What is the ruling on two girls going alone to a restaurant designated for women in a commercial complex without a mahram?

There is no harm in two women going out to visit a restaurant designated for women, or any other unmixed establishment, provided they adhere to the Sharia regulations for a woman's going out. These are: that she does not display her adornment except what is apparent, that she does not go out perfumed or showing off her beauty, that she wears the garment of modesty, chastity, and shyness, and that the path is safe from corrupt individuals. If they are married, it must be with the permission of their husbands. If all of this is fulfilled and there is no fear of temptation for them, then it is permissible. However, it is more preferable for a woman to remain in her home and not leave it except for a necessary need.
