How can one exit a usurious bank and transfer to an Islamic bank after taking a usurious loan to build a house?

Borrowing with interest to build a house or buy a car is forbidden because it is usury (riba). Whoever does so deserves the warning established in the : "Allah curses the one who consumes usury and the one who pays it." It is obligatory to repent to Allah and resolve not to return to it. As for what was bought or built with the usurious loan, there is no harm in owning it and benefiting from it in a permissible way. It is not permissible to remain in a usurious bank if it is possible to leave it, due to the -related prohibitions involved in dealing with it, the least of which is assisting the bank in its forbidden usurious transactions.
