Is it permissible to deal with usurious banks in order to acquire necessities such as a house and a car, due to the unavailability of an Islamic alternative?

It is not permissible to borrow from an interest-based bank due to the usury involved, the perpetrator and consumer of which have been cursed. It is a declaration of war against Allah and His Messenger, and it obliterates wealth. There are other lawful ways to obtain money.
