Is it prohibited for daughters to inherit due to the grandfather's will, and is it permissible for the heirs to sell the "awqaf" (endowments) to end family disputes resulting from it?

It is not permissible to deprive daughters of their share and right in the inheritance. Whoever does so is sinful and transgresses the limits set by Allah. The noble verses have stipulated the prescribed share of women in inheritance, and have warned those who transgress Allah's limits of a humiliating torment. As for selling an endowment (waqf) that is no longer suitable and using its proceeds to establish another endowment, it is permissible. Relatives should be keen on maintaining affection and avoiding mutual hatred.
