Creating a website to promote permissible (mubah) things and teach women how to use makeup is permissible. The general rule is the permissibility of dealing in it and assisting with it, unless it is known or highly probable that the beneficiary will use it for something forbidden (haram) or be aided in sin. It is stipulated that the explanations should not include images of women displaying their adornments (mutabarrijat) if the website is accessed by both men and women. If the videos contain women displaying their adornments, then it is not permissible to publish them in a way that men can view them. However, if they are free from شرعية (Shar'i) prohibitions, then there is no harm in publishing them. The ways to earn a lawful (halal) livelihood are numerous, and a soul will not die until it has received its full provision.
