Is it permissible to break the fast due to symptoms of the coronavirus vaccine with the intention of making up for the days after Ramadan?

There is no blame in breaking the fast for the sick, as Allah Almighty says: "But whoever among you is sick or on a journey [during them] - then [he is to fast] an equal number of other days." And he must make up for the days he did not fast.
