Must the Ramadan fast be made up after recovery from an illness that necessitated breaking the fast and paying the fidyah for years?

Allah has permitted a sick person to break their fast in , and they must make up the days they missed if there is hope for their recovery. However, if their illness is incurable, they should break their fast and feed a poor person for each day. If a sick person whose recovery is not hoped for feeds the poor, and then Allah cures them, they are not obligated to make up the fasts; because they have fulfilled their obligation and their duty is discharged.
