How does one pray and shorten the prayer when driving a large truck for approximately 30 hours continuously or more?

It is permissible for someone who travels a distance of 83 km or more for an act of obedience or for a permissible reason to shorten the prayer and combine Dhuhr with Asr and Maghrib with Isha, either by advancing or delaying them, provided that the prayer is not delayed beyond its prescribed time. The traveler must pray on the ground facing the Qibla, unless they fear for their safety, property, or being separated from their companions, in which case it is permissible for them to pray in their vehicle.
