What is the ruling on one who says, "Leave my Lord alone" or "My religion is my heaven" when angry, without intending to offend or curse the Divine Being, and is this considered apostasy from Islam that invalidates good deeds?

A Muslim should guard his tongue and be deliberate in speech, choosing words that express his intent without resorting to anything that conveys meanings contrary to Islamic law. This is because a servant may utter a word without giving it much thought, and it may cast him into Hell. Therefore, expressions that show ill-manners towards Allah Almighty, such as saying "حل عن الله" (Leave Allah alone), must be avoided. Even if such an expression does not constitute disbelief that expels one from the faith, one who narrates such phrases in astonishment is not considered a disbeliever.
