Is it permissible to supplicate against an unchaste, immodest woman who harms those around her and does not heed advice? And does Allah answer the supplication of one who is not observant [of religious duties]?

It is not permissible to supplicate against a Muslim who has fallen into sin; rather, one should supplicate for their guidance. As for supplicating against an oppressor, it is permissible and answered, but patience and forgiveness are better.
