What is the ruling on a wife disposing of her husband's money without his knowledge and paying a sum to a recruitment office despite his warning her not to?

The wife is sinful and transgressive if she spends her husband's money despite his prohibition, and she must return the money. However, it is better for the husband to forgive her, for the foundation of the marital relationship is affection, compassion, and overlooking mistakes. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, advised kindness to women, saying: "Treat women kindly," and he said: "The best of you is the best to his family, and I am the best of you to my family."
