What is the ruling on a wife sending money to her family without her husband's knowledge and permission, and in violation of conditions he set that she agreed to before working?

The default ruling is that it is impermissible for a wife to go out to work without her husband's permission. The husband has the right to retract his permission and prevent her from working, or to permit her in exchange for a portion of her salary that they agree upon, as Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen mentioned.

Accordingly, the wife must fulfill what the husband stipulated regarding the salary, and she does not have the right to dispose of it without his permission. However, she has the right to dispose of her private wealth without her husband's permission.
