How are some people tormented if all sins are forgiven by saying "Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi 100 times"? And are there conditions for sins to be forgiven after saying this phrase? And are there sins that are not forgiven even if Allah is glorified 100 times? And what are the sins that are not forgiven?

The mercy of Allah is vast and His forgiveness is immense, and He forgives all sins for whomever He wills. The hadith, "Whoever says 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi' (Glory be to Allah and with His praise) 100 times, his sins will be forgiven even if they were like the foam of the sea," specifically refers to the forgiveness of minor sins. As for major sins, they are not effaced except through sincere repentance. This forgiveness does not include the rights of human beings, nor is it attained by one who persists in disobedience, for the favors mentioned in acts of remembrance are for those of high standing and perfection in religion. All sins can be forgiven by Allah Almighty, except for associating partners with Him, unless the servant repents from it.
