What should a person do if they develop a skin disease on their right hand that prevents them from rubbing their hand during ablution, or if they are wounded during it?

Washing the hands in ablution has two situations: The first is at the beginning of ablution, which is a Sunnah. The second is washing them up to the elbows, which is obligatory. If the hands have been thoroughly washed and then peeling or a wound occurs, it is not necessary to wash the exposed area, because if someone performs ablution and then cuts off a part of their body or trims their nail, their ablution remains valid. One should not pay attention to whispers (waswas), and rubbing during ablution is not obligatory according to the majority of scholars.
