Can two lovers who did not marry in this world be reunited in Paradise? Are there any Hadith reports regarding this? Is it permissible for a woman to give charity and seek forgiveness for a deceased relative for whom she harbored feelings? Will her greetings reach him?

It is not possible to determine with certainty the reason for the disengagement of the suitor. However, we caution against exaggerating in attributing problems to magic. The cure for such matters lies in relying on Allah, maintaining regular remembrance (dhikr), protective incantations (ruqyah), and supplication (du'a), along with having good thoughts about Allah. There is no harm in consulting trustworthy healers.

Delay in marriage is one of Allah's decrees. Do not despair and trust that Allah may avert something from you and grant you something better. As Ibn al-Qayyim said: "The servant, due to his ignorance of his own welfare and his ignorance of his Lord's generosity, wisdom, and gentleness, does not know the difference between what he was denied and what was stored for him."

Relationships between young men and women are not sanctioned by Sharia. Mere emotional attachment incurs no blame as long as it does not lead to forbidden acts. You erred by establishing a relationship with the sick man. However, your acceptance of another's marriage proposal incurs no sin. Occupy yourself with what benefits you in your religion and worldly life. It is permissible for a woman to offer herself in marriage to a righteous man, within the prescribed Sharia guidelines.
