And what is the first hour of the day mentioned in the Hadith? And is remembrance (dhikr) a condition during it, or is merely sitting sufficient? And what is the meaning of "sitting near the the minbar"?

The reward mentioned in the is for the sum of the deeds, and whoever performs some of them will receive the reward for the obedience he has rendered. It is not a condition to maintain ritual purity (tahara) after the for Friday. It is recommended at that time to engage in acts of worship, and drawing near to the Imam means arriving early and striving for the first row.
