We advise you to reside in a safe Muslim country. If you can only find your own country, then stay in the best area within it, while upholding your religion, striving against your lower self, maintaining prayers, refraining from smoking and drugs, being diligent in fasting and lowering your gaze, avoiding places of temptation and the company of the heedless, and being keen on the companionship of the righteous, all while seeking Allah's help and supplicating to Him. As for marriage, if you are able, try to convince your parents to hasten it. You are not obligated to obey them if they refuse and doing so would expose you to temptation.
