Is a husband entitled to order his wife to withdraw her money from the bank for a piety he perceives, and is he responsible for her money or is she? Is it permissible for her to dispose of her money without his permission? And why did the Prophet stipulate that a woman must seek her husband’s permission when giving charity from her money?

The husband has no right to order his wife to withdraw her private funds from an Islamic bank, nor is he responsible for her actions if they are permissible. She has the right to dispose of her money through buying, selling, and donating without his permission, based on the general meaning of Allah's saying: "And test the orphans until they reach the age of marriage; then if you perceive in them sound judgment, release to them their property." The wife has full legal capacity and an independent financial status, and the husband has no authority over her money. However, it is advisable to consult him to appease him and preserve the relationship.
