Is the husband entitled to object to his wife's disposal of an agreed-upon portion of her salary to her family, and does she have complete freedom to dispose of her money and gold (including the dowry) without his permission?

A woman has her independent financial حيثمة (legal responsibility/domain), and she has the right to dispose of her wealth as she wishes within the bounds of what is permissible by Islamic law, whether it be a salary, gold, or anything else. The husband does not have the right to prevent her from helping her family with her own money. A wife's assistance to her husband in bearing the burdens of living is a good deed, and the husband should appreciate this favor. Financial support (نفقة) is obligatory upon the husband, even if the wife is wealthy. It is not necessary for the wife to stipulate to her husband her right to dispose of her money, as this is her right inherently.
