Is the husband entitled to claim what the wife spent of his money without his consent, and is what she took considered permissible or forbidden, especially since he has not forgiven her for that?

It is obligatory for the husband to provide for his wife and children according to what is customary, and the wife is not obliged to share in this. If the wife agrees to give the husband a portion of her salary in exchange for his permission for her to work, then she must fulfill this condition. If the wife donates her money to her husband or gifts it to him, she does not have the right to revoke the gift, unless she gave him the money with the intention of it being a repayable loan.
