Does a divorce pronouncement count if a man intended to divorce his wife by saying, "Go to your family," and then retracted that intention?

If the husband says to his wife: "Go to your family" intending divorce, then divorce occurs, and it cannot be revoked. This counts as one pronouncement of divorce. If it is not the third pronouncement, the husband may take her back as long as she is within her iddah (waiting period) without a new contract. However, after the iddah expires, a new contract is required. It is advised to be keen on maintaining affection and avoiding causes of dispute and haste in uttering words of divorce.
