Is it permissible for a man who has a high sexual drive, and whose wife abstains from intercourse due to pregnancy or her preoccupation with the house and children, to marry another woman older than him in an urfi marriage to fulfill his needs, or to marry Misyar in another country?

It is Islamically obligatory for a wife to respond to her husband if he calls her to bed, unless there is a legitimate excuse. If she refuses, the angels curse her until morning. For a man who is not sufficiently chaste with one wife, he is permitted to marry a second, third, or fourth wife if he is capable of being just. It may even be obligatory for him if he fears falling into indecency. Misyar marriage is permissible if it fulfills the conditions of a valid marriage. As for what is called a "fixed-term contract," if the contract explicitly specifies a duration, it is a forbidden mut'ah (temporary) marriage. If no duration is specified, it is a marriage with the intention of divorce, which is permissible according to the majority of jurists.

It is advised to fear Allah and frequently remember and supplicate to Him. Discuss with your wife and make her understand your need to enjoy what Allah has made lawful for you. Be patient with her and consider her circumstances. If the problem is not resolved, convince her that you will exercise your right to marry a second wife, and that this will not diminish her rights. Explain that your marriage to a second wife is better than falling into what displeases Allah. Choose the appropriate time and manner, and do not expect her consent, but let her know that you are determined to solve your problem by exercising your legitimate right.
