The question

What is the ruling on the Hajj of one who violated prohibitions, entered Mecca wearing sewn garments, and disobeyed the ruler by performing Hajj without a permit? Does Hajj become affected by astronomers differing on the determination of the Day of Arafah? Is the Hajj of one who committed sins after Hajj accepted? And if the opportunity for Hajj arises again, should he perform Hajj for himself or for his deceased father who already performed the Hajj of Islam?
