What are the limits of supplication (du'a) when asking for worldly matters such as beauty or increased height? And is asking for them considered an objection to divine decree (qada' wa qadar) or a request for miracles?

Aggression in supplication (Du’a’) is not permissible. Aggression occurs by asking for what is not permissible to ask for, such as assistance in committing forbidden acts, or asking for what Allah does not do, such as asking for immortality, or the removal of human necessities, or knowledge of the unseen, or asking for a child without a wife. All of these are forms of aggression that Allah does not love, nor does He love the one who asks for them. Asking for an increase in beauty and height falls under this aggression, because Allah has ordained the affairs of creation according to fixed cosmic laws, so one should not ask Allah for what contradicts them.
