What is the ruling on intentionally ejaculating during fasting in adolescence without touching the private parts, given the inability to make up for it or feed the poor, and what is the ruling on that after breaking the fast, and is prayer permissible after performing ghusl?

If semen is discharged merely by thinking, it does not invalidate the fast, because it is not an action performed by the fasting person. However, if semen is discharged by an action performed by the fasting person, such as rubbing or similar acts, then it invalidates the fast and only requires making up the day (qadaa’), and expiation (kaffarah) is not required except for sexual intercourse. If the fasting person was ignorant of the ruling, then nothing is incumbent upon him. But if he was aware of the ruling, then he must make up the days on which he invalidated his fast, and he must estimate the number of days and make up what clears his conscience. As for the discharge of semen during the nights of Ramadan, it does not invalidate the fast, but it is a sin for which repentance is obligatory and it necessitates ghusl (ritual bath), and after performing ghusl, the prayer is valid.
