What is the ruling on working in a center for the rehabilitation of victims of violence and rape, some of whom are girls who have deliberately and repeatedly committed zina (fornication/adultery)?

Adultery is a grave indecency. Society must cooperate to protect its members from it by returning to the Sharia of Allah regarding lowering the gaze, concealing one's beauty, and abandoning ostentatious display and intermingling.

As for the victim of sexual assault, she must be helped while being urged to conceal herself, wear the hijab, and avoid temptations.

As for the woman who commits adultery intentionally, she must be called to sincere repentance, urged towards chastity and uprightness, and reminded to exert lawful efforts to achieve this, such as hastening to marry and increasing fasting and remembrance of Allah.

It is preferable that the task of addressing and guiding them be entrusted to female callers to Islam. If this is not possible, then men must adhere to the Sharia guidelines, such as lowering their gaze and avoiding seclusion and suspicion.
