As for your Umrah performed after your Hajj, if we rule your Hajj valid, then it is valid, though it is more precautionary to also sacrifice a sheep due to your deficiency in purification during it. If you had not yet exited the state of ihram (definition) from your Hajj, then your ihram for Umrah was not validly commenced. In any case, you are not liable for committing any prohibitions of ihram.
