If a man says to his wife: "Remove it," intending divorce, is it considered a kinayah (allusive divorce expression), given his prior intention, before uttering the words, that he meant her finger which she placed on his belongings?

Divorce does not occur through words that do not bear the meaning of divorce and do not indicate separation, such as "sit down," "stand up," "eat," "drink," "May Allah bless you," "May Allah forgive you," or "How beautiful you are," even if the husband intended divorce; because the wording does not convey it. It is advisable to beware of obsessive thoughts regarding divorce and other matters.
