How can a married man who discovered his wife's infidelity after 11 years, and she is now divorced, deal with his situation and his life that "ended" for the sake of his children?

If the husband's discovery is based on realistic circumstantial evidence, the matter must be investigated, and those who are suspicious should not be overlooked. However, if it is merely jealousy or ill-suspicion, it is forbidden, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin." And because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade approaching one's family at night after a prolonged absence, "for fear of finding them in a state of betrayal or seeking out their faults." The brother is advised not to allow obsessive thoughts to ruin his home unless he verifies the betrayal, for the wife's failure to defend herself does not necessarily mean the accusation is proven. In the event of divorce, custody of young children goes to the mother unless she remarries.
