How is the inheritance divided among: one daughter, one wife, and one full sister?

If the deceased leaves behind only his wife, his daughter, and his full sister, then the wife receives one-eighth (due to the presence of a lineal heir), and the daughter receives one-half (because she is a single daughter). The remainder goes to the full sister by ta’sib (residuary heirship), based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Make the sisters ‘asabah (residuary heirs) with the daughters." Thus, the estate is divided into eight shares: one share for the wife, four shares for the daughter, and three shares for the full sister.
