The answer

Abu Dawud narrated in his Sunan, on the authority of a man from Juhaynah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recited Surat Az-Zalzalah in both rak'ahs of the Fajr prayer. Abu Dawud and Al-Mundhiri remained silent regarding this hadith, and Ash-Shawkani said: "There is no flaw in its chain of narration; rather, its narrators are those of the Sahih." The apparent meaning of the hadith is that this occurred while he was not traveling. There is no other hadith that mentions the Prophet reciting another surah in both rak'ahs.
