Must I continue to give the money I embezzled to the poor, or is the financial deduction I experienced at work sufficient?

Whoever takes another's money unjustly must repent to Allah and return it to its owner, unless returning it is impossible. It is not permissible to donate embezzled money as long as it is possible to return it. As for deductions made by the employer, it should be considered whether they are rightful or unjust. If they are rightful, you must return what you took. If they are unjust, then it is permissible for you to take your right in a manner commensurate with what they deducted from you.
