Is it permissible to remain in Medina without documents with the intention of dying there, after being afflicted with an illness that will incapacitate its owner, and his work in Algeria does not allow him to benefit from health insurance?

"Striving to die in Medina is religiously encouraged, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: 'Whoever is able to die in Medina, let him die there, for I will intercede for whoever dies there.' This is also evidenced by the action of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), who prayed to Allah to grant him martyrdom in His cause and to let his death be in the city of His Messenger. 'Dying there' means residing there until death overtakes one within its bounds, and it carries a specific intercession. One should strive for this through customary means and lawful methods, the most important of which is supplication. If it is achieved, then praise be to Allah; otherwise, we hope that one will attain the reward for that due to the sincerity of their intention."
