Is it permissible to remove the watermark indicating that the video was produced by a free program?

If a freeware program requires the user to keep the watermark on the content produced by it, then this condition must be fulfilled, based on Allah’s saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
