Is it permissible to remove the watermark of an editing software after producing a video, given that removing it requires paying a sum of money to the program?

Placing the logo of the companies that produce software on what is created with it falls under the category of a conditional gift that must be fulfilled. The company gifts its software for free on the condition that its mark is placed. This is a recognized right that must not be violated. Whoever uses the software is obligated to fulfill the condition, and it is forbidden for them to resort to trickery to remove the mark, based on the Almighty's saying: "Fulfill your contracts" (Quran 5:1) and "Fulfill your covenant" (Quran 17:34), and based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Whoever wishes to remove the mark must pay what the company requests for the program to become their exclusive property.
