What is the ruling on donating to charitable societies and organizations via phone bill by deducting 10 Qatari Riyals from a Ooredoo account?

If Qtel (Ooredoo Qatar) collects donations and charities from customers when they pay bills, and deducts collection and registration fees from the value of the donation or charity, then there is no objection to this. It is permissible for Qtel to take only what it costs from the value of the donations, or to agree with the organizations on a known fee for this work.
