What is the ruling on the repeated emission of gas from the front passage during prayer and ablution for an unmarried woman, and is she required to repeat her ablution and prayer?

If a Muslim experiences this continuously, then he must perform ablution for every prayer after its time has begun, and he may pray the obligatory prayer and whatever supererogatory prayers he wishes. What exits from him in this state will not harm him.
