Is it true that the Antichrist has appeared between Iraq and the Levant?

The place from which the Antichrist (may the curse of Allah be upon him) will emerge will be from the East, specifically from "Khorasan," as stated in Sunan al-Tirmidhi. It is also mentioned in Musnad Ahmad that he will emerge from "Isfahan's Jewry," which is part of the vast region of Khorasan. Scholars such as Ibn Hajar and Ibn Kathir were of the opinion that his appearance would begin from Isfahan, specifically from its "Jewish" quarter. This is one of the major signs of the Hour.
