Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from teaching the Holy Quran to women from her home via social media platforms without stating reasons? And would the wife be sinful for disobeying his command in this regard? And is a husband's obedience absolute in matters that are not sinful, even if the wife's action is not sinful?

Obedience to the husband is obligatory upon the wife, as long as it does not involve disobedience to Allah. This obedience is binding upon the wife, and she is sinful if she disobeys, especially if the matter relates to marriage and its extensions, or if his interest is clear in matters of the house and livelihood. However, if the interest is not clear, then her obedience is only outwardly binding to avoid discord. The wife is not obligated to obey her husband in every matter, especially in what does not relate to marriage and its extensions.

If the wife desires to work, such as memorizing the Quran, without leaving the home and without neglecting her husband's rights or her household, the husband does not have the right to prevent her. However, if her work would lead to discord or anger on the part of the husband, it is not advisable; because preserving marital life takes precedence over such voluntary work.
